Tenant Rights & Fair Process

Chris believes in tenant rights and landlord responsibilities. In Texas, the eviction process is straightforward—but it must be followed correctly.

As a Court Clerk at JP4, Chris often sees small errors that can (and should) pause a case. His approach is simple: follow the law, respect due process, and ensure everyone is treated fairly.

“Endorsed by Stonewall Democrats of San Antonio”

Chris is honored to be supported by neighbors, community members, and leaders who believe in COMMUNITY. ETHICS. TRUST.

After working with Judge Michele Garcia, I believe I’m the best person running—and most qualified to carry on her legacy.
